ORH Studio ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website orhstudio.com and the browser-based tools available on it. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. By using any tool on this site, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Overview of Our Tools

ORH Studio provides a suite of free, browser-based tools for game developers, pixel artists, and designers. The current suite includes:

• Sprite Slicer Pro — cut sprite sheets into individual animation frames
• Sprite Sheet Packer — combine multiple frames into a single sprite atlas
• Sprite Animation Previewer — preview PNG frame sequences and export looping GIFs
• GIF to PNG Sequence — extract every frame from an animated GIF as individual PNGs
• Sprite Background Remover — remove solid background colors from sprites
• Sprite Color Palette Extractor — extract and export color palettes from sprites
• Sprite Outline Generator — add customizable outlines around sprites

All tools run entirely inside your browser. No file you upload or process is ever transmitted to any server operated by ORH Studio or any third party.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

We want to be explicit about what does not happen on this platform:

• We do not upload, store, or process your image files on any server.
• We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifying information unless you contact us directly.
• We do not require you to create an account or sign in to use any tool.
• We do not retain any record of which files you processed or what output you downloaded.
• We do not track individual tool usage at the user level.

All image processing — slicing, packing, palette extraction, background removal, outline generation, GIF decoding, and animation export — is performed locally inside your browser using the HTML5 Canvas API and JavaScript. When you close the tab, nothing from your session remains on any server or device other than your own.

3. Data We Do Collect

We collect limited, anonymous technical data to understand how visitors use the site and to maintain and improve the tools:

• Analytics: We use Google Analytics (via the gtag.js library) to collect aggregate, anonymized information about page views, session duration, geographic region, device type, and browser type. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.
• Advertising: We serve display advertisements through Google AdSense. AdSense may collect cookies and device identifiers to serve contextually relevant ads. See Section 4 for details.
• Contact messages: If you email us at contact@orhstudio.com, we retain the contents of your message solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not share this information with third parties and do not add you to any mailing list.

4. Cookies and Third-Party Advertising

ORH Studio uses Google AdSense to display non-intrusive advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to:

• Measure the performance of ads shown on this site
• Show you ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites
• Limit how many times you see the same ad
• Detect and prevent click fraud

Google's use of advertising cookies is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time by visiting Google Ads Settings or by using the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool.

We also use Google Analytics cookies to understand site usage in aggregate. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5. Children's Privacy

ORH Studio's tools are general-purpose creative utilities designed for a broad audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), and our services are not directed specifically at children.

Our third-party advertising provider, Google AdSense, offers controls for restricting personalized advertising. We do not configure our ad slots to target minors. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information to us through our contact email, please notify us at contact@orhstudio.com and we will promptly delete that information.

6. File Security and Your Intellectual Property

Because all file processing occurs client-side in your browser, your image files, game assets, sprite sheets, texture atlases, and any other content you load into our tools never leave your device. You retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights over any files you process using ORH Studio tools.

We have no technical ability to access, copy, reproduce, or distribute your files. This is not merely a policy commitment — it is a fundamental architectural constraint. Processing happens in-browser via the Canvas API and JavaScript; there is no server endpoint that receives your data.

7. Third-Party Links

Some pages and tool descriptions include links to external resources such as OpenGameArt, itch.io, Godot Engine, Unity, and Aseprite. These links are provided for reference and convenience. ORH Studio has no control over the content, privacy practices, or data handling of external websites and accepts no responsibility for their policies. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any external site you visit.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding any personal data we hold about you (primarily limited to contact email correspondence):

• Right to access: You can request a copy of any personal information we hold about you.
• Right to correction: You can ask us to correct inaccurate data we hold.
• Right to deletion: You can request that we delete any personal information we hold about you.
• Right to opt out of advertising: You can opt out of personalized ads via Google Ads Settings at any time.
• Right to lodge a complaint: If you are located in the EU or UK, you have the right to file a complaint with your local data protection authority (e.g., the ICO in the UK or a national supervisory authority in the EU under the GDPR).
