These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ORH Studio website at orhstudio.com and all tools and content provided through it. By accessing or using any part of this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please do not use the site.

1. Description of Service

ORH Studio provides a suite of free, browser-based tools for game developers, pixel artists, and designers. The current tools available at orhstudio.com include:

• Sprite Slicer Pro — cut sprite sheets into individual animation frames
• Sprite Sheet Packer — pack multiple image frames into a single sprite atlas
• Sprite Animation Previewer — preview frame sequences as animations and export GIF
• GIF to PNG Sequence — extract individual frames from animated GIF files
• Sprite Background Remover — remove solid background colors from sprite images
• Sprite Color Palette Extractor — extract and export color palettes
• Sprite Outline Generator — generate outlines around sprite images

All tools operate entirely within your browser using client-side JavaScript and the HTML5 Canvas API. No files or data are uploaded to any ORH Studio server. The service is provided free of charge and is supported by non-intrusive display advertising.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using any tool or page on orhstudio.com, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Use License

ORH Studio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the tools on this website for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may use the output of any tool — processed images, exported ZIP archives, GIF files, palette files, and any other generated content — for any lawful purpose, including commercial game development and distribution.

This license does not include:

• Reproducing or republishing the source code of our tools without permission
• Using automated scripts or bots to systematically access or scrape the site
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying source of our tools beyond what is inherently accessible in a browser environment
• Using the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its availability for other users

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the files and content you choose to process using ORH Studio tools. By using the service, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use all files you upload or process with our tools.
• Your use of the tools and any output you generate does not infringe on any third-party copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights.
• You will not use the tools to process illegal content or to support any unlawful activity.
• You will not attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in the site or interfere with other users' access to the service.

ORH Studio has no visibility into the files you process and bears no responsibility for the content of files processed through the tools.

5. Intellectual Property

The ORH Studio website, its design, copy, and the source code of its tools are the intellectual property of ORH Studio and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without written permission.

You retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights over any files you process using our tools. ORH Studio claims no rights over input files or output generated by our tools. Because processing is entirely client-side, we never have access to your files in the first place.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ORH Studio's tools and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results produced by any tool will be accurate or meet your requirements in every case
• Any errors in the tools will be corrected
• The site will be free from viruses, malware, or other harmful code

Your use of the tools is at your own risk. We strongly recommend maintaining backups of any original files before processing them.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ORH Studio, its owners, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the site or tools — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Since the service is free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed USD $0 (zero dollars).

8. Advertising

ORH Studio displays advertisements served by Google AdSense to support the cost of maintaining and developing the service. By using the site, you acknowledge that you may see advertisements. We do not endorse the products or services advertised. ORH Studio is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

9. Changes to the Service

ORH Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may add new tools, remove existing tools, or change the functionality of tools at our discretion. We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of significant changes, but are not obligated to do so.

We also reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ORH Studio is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
